All in stock items will be packed and shipping as below. Please note if any items are out of stock, they will be made within 14 days with the shipping and delivery time added. As a slowly made product it takes approximately 2 weeks to dry, fire twice and finish each item.

For combined items weighing under 2kg the below shipping applies;

$14 Standard packing and delivery (takes 3 - 7 business days)

$22 Express packing and delivery (takes 1 - 4 business days)

For combined items weighing over 2kg and under the $200 FREE shipping limit;

$29 Standard packing and delivery (takes 3 - 7 business days)

$45 Express packing and delivery (takes 1 - 4 business days)

RETURNS

All returns need to be actioned within 20 days of purchase.

Please ensure your delivery and contents are free of damage and are the correct item ordered so that I can assist with a remedy.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

I welcome exchanges, with return postage back to me at my cost. Please return items to me and once received I will refund you the cost of the items. You are more than welcome to re-purchase your desired items at any time.
