your business deserves

Restructure with precision.
AI working inside it, with you still in control.

Bespoke business strategy and architecture for women business owners who want AI in the business — without having to start over or become the technician.

If this is where you are

Busy isn't the same as working well.

You're flat out — and somehow the money doesn't match the hours. The business runs because you hold it up, and you've said it out loud more than once: "I just need a clone of myself."

You've heard AI could help. You may have even opened it once, stared at the blank box, and closed it again. It's not that you can't learn it — it's that you already have a business to run, and becoming a technician was never part of the plan.

The problem isn't you, and it isn't your effort. It's that the structure underneath you hasn't kept pace with the business you've built. Structure can be rebuilt and you need someone to walk into the backend and build the architecture you never had time to create. That's the work I do.

what this is

I am a business architect. Not a coach. Not a tech agency.

I've spent years building, repairing, and running small businesses — including my own. I know what a business looks like from behind the desk, not just from a slide deck.

So this isn't coaching. There's no mindset work here, no accountability check-ins, no course to complete. And it isn't a tech agency either — I won't hand you a stack of tools and expect you to build the rest.

The work is architectural. I look at how your business actually runs, redesign the structure so it holds, and install AI where it serves that structure — quietly, deliberately, and always with you in control. You bring the business. I bring the blueprint.

How the work unfolds

Four phases. One path.

Every engagement is different inside, because every business is. But the path never changes.

01

Diagnose

A structural review of your business as it actually runs. We name what's going on beneath the surface — where the hours go, the design flaws and the hidden leaks. What is being done by hand that shouldn't be. You receive a clear written picture of what's ready to change.

02

Design

The refinement blueprint. Together we map the architecture and decide what gets restructured and what gets automated, where AI sits — and what stays human.

03

Build

We put the structure in place. Systems, operations, pricing, delegation and automation. AI working inside your business, and you shown how to live with it — not how to build it. You keep control. The technology stays in service.

04

Embody

You stop operating and start leading. The architecture holds — and you finally get to inhabit the CEO identity you have been wanting all along.

The structural review stands on its own — a fixed-price first step with a defined deliverable. If we continue into the full work, the fee is credited. Either way, the clear picture is yours to keep.

I see the whole picture.
Then I build the map.

I'm a business architect and strategist for women founders who have outgrown their own infrastructure. I don't do mindset work — but I will help you uncover what's blocking your forward path. I love affirmations and meditation as much as the next person, but this work is about data, facts, and figures. I look at the structure behind your business and design what needs to exist — combining decades of experience with modern infrastructure, including AI and automation — so the architecture we build holds more of the work, and you hold less of it.

If you've been told you need to work on your beliefs when what you actually need is a blueprint — we should talk.

The Questions You're Probably Asking

Before we build anything

The real questions from real women considering this work. If yours isn't here, send it through — it probably belongs.

How is this different from business coaching or mindset work?

Coaching helps you believe in yourself, and mindset work helps you feel ready — both have their place, but neither will fix a business that's structurally overloaded.

Architecture is the opposite approach. We walk into the backend of your business and look at what's actually there — the revenue model, the offer hierarchy, the systems, the leaks — and redesign the structure underneath it. You don't need more belief in yourself. You need a blueprint.

What stage does my business need to be at for this to make sense?

This work is designed for women already generating revenue — whether you're newly established and feeling the ceiling early, or years in with a structure that no longer fits what you've built. You don't need to be at seven figures. You need to be past the 'am I allowed to do this' phase and into the 'why is this so heavy' phase.

I've invested in programs and mentorship that didn't work. Why would this?

Because most of what you've tried was teaching or coaching, not architecture. Programs give you content. Coaches give you accountability. Neither of those things builds structure.

The work we do together isn't about learning something new — it's about redesigning what's already there. You'll leave with a blueprint, not a set of tabs open.

Do you work with specific industries only?

Industry matters less than stage. I work with established women in service-based, creative, and knowledge businesses — coaches, consultants, designers, agency founders, practitioners, educators. The architecture principles translate across industries because structural problems are structural regardless of what you sell.

How do you use AI in this work?

I use AI as a tool for infrastructure and automation that quietly absorbs the repeatable work. I am able to use it as a reporting tool to give you real visibility. Ultimately this will reduce the load on you and your team without reducing the quality of what reaches your clients.

I provide strategic direction in how we implement your AI — deciding where it belongs in your architecture and where it doesn't, so the technology serves the structure, never the other way around.

Can we work together if I'm not in Brisbane?

Yes. I work with business owners right across Australia — sessions are held over Zoom and scheduled to suit your time zone. For clients in South East Queensland, we can also meet in person where it serves the work. Pricing is in AUD.

How quickly will work be completed?

I require 3 weeks to complete my structural review. From there, if you wish to engage with me further, it will be dependent on what your business requires. Most engagements following the review are completed between 3–12 weeks.

Is there a guarantee?

Every engagement begins with a diagnostic clarity guarantee: if after the first session you don't feel you've received more structural insight into your business than you've had in years, we part ways and you pay only for that session. I have complete confidence we will create some amazing things!

The structure can be rebuilt.

You've carried the business this far. The next stretch doesn't need more hours from you — it needs better architecture underneath them, and AI doing the work that never needed you personally.

It starts with one structural review: fixed price, defined deliverable, and a clear picture that's yours to keep.
